Eating beer

Our first full day in Mungindi consisted of nothing more than sitting on the verandah eating beer, then moving on to the pub (just across the road) to eat more beer (it was Saturday, you don't eat on Saturday - you eat beer!). We went back and forth a few times, nothing too exciting to report.

But it was lovely to see the constant flow of people travelling to Mungindi to see rebel before she takes off for her o's adventure. The first night we had Damien and Kylie (with ella)(soon to be joining us in Brisbane!), Jeffrey and Kim (Jeffro and Kimmy!), and the locals. On Saturday Mark, Laurie (with Eddie) arrived for a couple of hours, followed by Jeneanne who made herself comfortable and hung out with us for the night.

Good times!
